The Ultra Convertible Non-Powered Mattress by Prius Healthcare is a self-adjusting surface built to provide steady, balanced support without electricity or settings. It’s made for individuals who spend extended time in bed and need consistent pressure control and body stability. 

Inside, layered foam air cells and integrated chamber technology allow air to move naturally within the bed mattress, adjusting to the user’s shape and position. This design helps reduce pressure buildup, maintain even weight distribution, and keep the body supported in a stable, natural resting position.

Zoned Foam Design with SERENE® Top Layer for Balanced Body Support

The SERENE® Foam Top Layer forms the upper section of the Ultra Convertible mattress, designed to evenly distribute body weight and maintain a stable resting surface.

Beneath it, the internal zoned design divides the mattress into areas for the head, shoulders, torso, and feet, giving each part of the body the right level of support.

A multi-layer foam heel section adds softness under the legs, easing downward pressure and keeping the heels slightly elevated. Together, these features help users stay well-positioned, reduce strain on pressure points, and maintain steady body alignment during rest.
