The Prius Healthcare USA Duet Mattress Replacement is an air-based mattress designed for users who spend extended time in bed and and need help with pressure relief, airflow, and regular position changes.

The system has two parts: the mattress itself and the master control unit (the pump).

Airflow Designed for All-Day Use

The mattress uses Low Air Loss airflow to move air through the cover and air cells, helping reduce heat and moisture on the surface. This airflow supports a cooler, drier environment over long periods and helps the resting surface stay more consistent all day.

The control unit handles all of the pressure settings. It has a 3-in-1 alternation pattern, a standard alternating pressure mode, a static mode, a pulsation option, and a turning/rotation function. You can adjust the comfort level digitally, and the system keeps the pressure within a set range.

About the Rotation Feature

The mattress can turn the user to the left, to the right, or run a full laterla rotation cycle. You can set the rotation cycle anywhere from 3 to 95 minutes. This is helpful when regular turning is needed but difficult to do manually.
