Recommended Dose

Adults blend 3 packets into 1 L water, drink L of solution 10- 15 minutes before exercise and every 20 minutes when exercising, in small quantities at regular intervals. Take with food and few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Cautions

Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other potassiumcontaining supplements or with potassium-containing salt-substitutes. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. If you have a cardiovascular, kidney disease or diabetes, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. If you experience signs of dehydration and/or electrolyte imbalance, such as confusion, dizziness, irritability, headache, nausea, vomiting, weakness while exercise/using this product, stop exercise/use and consult a healthcare practitioner. May cause gastrointestinal disturbances. For occasional use only. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 months.
