A beautiful high mountain red tea (gao shan hong cha 高山红茶), cultivated in high altitude, on Guishan, and crafted by the family of the artisan Duo Duo, in Fujian, China.
Process Hand harvested in Spring. Dried under the sun. Produced in a similar way than a jinjunmei tea 金駿眉.
Elemental wisdom : Fire
Steeping guide:
Tea pot: 250 ml water · 85 °C · 1 tsp tea · 3 minutes
Gong Fu: 100 ml water · 90 °C · 2 tsp tea
- Multiple infusions; (1st) 10 sec, (2nd) 8 sec, (3rd) 15 sec + 5 sec every additional infusions.
Quantity of tea per bag : 50g
