Directions:• Use 1 sachet of Bonjourlife Mixed Herbal Powder in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 teaspoon of Bonjourlife Lemon Herbal Tea in the afternoon after lunch. Do not eat or drink 30 mins after consumption and do not exceed the daily dosage.


• Bonjourlife Mixed Herbal Powder: Open the sachet and place the mixed powder in a cup, pour 150ml of hot water. Stir it 1 min and we recommend waiting for 3 mins before consuming.


• Bonjourlife Lemon Tea: Use 1 teaspoon of Bonjourlife Lemon Tea and mix it with 150ml of hot water. Stir well and let it rest for 3-5 mins before consuming. Do not exceed the daily dose.  Suitable for those who are suffering from indigestion, bloating or constipation.

• Bonjourlife Green Sachet: In case of experiencing any constipation, please use 1 teaspoon of Bonjourlife Green Sachet and mix it with 150ml of hot water in the evening.
