Overview:

This rug is a vintage treasure. As is customary with older Moroccan rugs, they\'re often long and thin, lacking the width that we often want in our rugs. This one looks to have been cut down at one point to a more rectangular proportion. It\'s on the smaller side, but it still packs a punch. In the photos it looks a bit grey, but in person, the rug has a soft lavender and pinkish undertones. The wool is very low pile that has been worn down over time; as a result, the rug almost resembles a flatweave rug. We would definitely recommend using a rug pad with this piece to keep it anchored in place. As a smaller rug, this would look great at the foot of a bed, in a smaller living room, or in an office.
