This gorgeous kilim from Black Sea region of Turkey is made with pure organic hemp in creamy ecru with a myriad of colored embroidered cicim symbols throughout. There are several handmade hemp patches and hand sewn patches as well in this stunning and unusual three piece MCM rug.
Pure hemp is cool and soft to the touch and Circa 1970’s
Actual size is 8’10” x 10’1”
It has been professionally washed, blocked, starched and restored.

They often have patches done by the weavers which we leave as it adds to the story of the rug.
