A rare pendant of large translucent honey amber from the Baltic region of Eastern Europe centers this beautiful collar necklace. The necklace sits right at the collarbone while the hand wired strands and pendant fall just below and down the chest. I wanted to showcase the pendant, so I decided to use high quality golden citrine beads. I then added fine amber beads—honey, butterscotch, and green—in the palest, natural colors so they would harmonize with the pendant. I truly am in love with the magnificent result, knowing I will never replicate it. It truly befits a queen!
